By opting in to receive SMS communications from Water Heater SOS, you agree to be bound by these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
Water Heater SOS (the “Program”) sends recurring automated and manual text messages to customers who have opted in. These messages include appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician ETA alerts, service follow-ups, and responses to customer inquiries regarding water heater repairs and installations.
2. User Opt-In
You may opt-in to the Program by providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website contact forms. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your service requests.
4. Cost
Water Heater SOS does not charge for this service; however, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for any messages sent to you or received from you.
5. How to Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed.

7. Privacy Policy
